    …the tunnel won't connect

    “No handshake in 20 s” means the VPN server didn't answer. Usually a plain WireGuard config is being blocked.

    Ask the lead for an AmneziaWG .conf, import it in Tunnel, connect.

    …AI says “Claude CLI not found”

    AI runs on your own Claude subscription, through its CLI.

    1. Install it from claude.com/product/claude-code.
    2. Run claude once and sign in.
    3. Come back. Anchor finds it by itself.
    …I need to add a server

    Open Servers and add one. Anchor asks one question at a time.

    Passwords stay in the Windows secure store. Team servers come from the shared anchor-config repo, set in Settings.

    …I need to undo a change

    Database writes snapshot the rows first, so you can put them back.

    Deploy keeps the previous build as _prev. Press Restore.

    Every change is in the Ledger: who, what, when.

    …I'm looking for logs

    Server logs are in the Logs tool. Anchor's own files are here:

    The change journal is anchor\ledger.jsonl.

    …I wonder how updates work

    Anchor checks this site, downloads quietly and installs on the next restart. Never mid-work.

    Until the feed is live, reinstall from below. Settings are kept.

    The installer isn't signed yet. Click More info, then Run anyway.
